MY Cellar is the only temperature/humidity controlled wine storage warehouse in the Delaware Valley. “My Cellar” is the logical offshoot of a mechanical contracting company ZipCo Environmental Services, Inc. , builders & designers of custom wine cellars with more than 25 years of climate control and wine cellar service experience. Principals of “My Cellar” include Marcie Mehrman Ziskind, who has, for the past 18 years, operated a commercial refrigeration company which designs , builds, installs and services wine cellars nationwide & Scot Ziskind, a nationally renown expert in the field of wine storage. “My Cellar” is your cellar if your wines need more space in which to age gracefully in a completely climate-controlled, secure environment, whether you are a wine-collecting novice, or an experienced wine collector. Our refrigerated warehouse is maintained at a perfect 54 to 56 degrees at 65 % RH conditions 24 hours a day with back up cooling equipment to assure the proper temperature all of the time. The warehouse is temperature-alarmed and connected to a central alarm company to insure round-the-clock security. “My Cellar” has locker space available for rent, from the smallest collection to as large a space as you need. We will custom build any space for your collection. Each cellar has its own lock, and you hold the key! There is plenty of parking. We are certified by law to accept wines which are shipped to our customers from out-of-state wineries. “My Cellar” is located just minutes from Center City Philadelphia at 4172 Federal St at Route 130 in Pennsauken, New Jersey. We are just minutes between several of South Jersey's finest wine stores. We are right off all major bridges from Pennsylvania & South Jersey highways, Route130 North @ Federal Street.
